    30 min core/stretch routine?

    30 min core/stretch routine?

    I'm a man of limited flexibilty and core strength.
    Offer me 30 minutes worth of stretches etc to improve this.
    Figure on twice a week max.

    I did a 30 min stretching session with AP which seemed OK, but I'll be stuffed if I can remember half of it.

    its pretty easy

    Do the sessions before AP's swim sessions every Tuesday Thursday and Saturday for a few months with out fail and you will be well on your way to having a good core.
