Don't realy have a specific structue. I go back to work on Wednesday so will get some organisaion back into my life. Could be seen as god, could be seen as bad.
Sessions I want to get done are
3x swim 2 40min and a 70 min ocean swim
3x runs 1 around my 7.8km loop, 1 of around an hour and whatever I do with the squad on Saturday
3x bike One squad bike and a couple on the way home from work
Will probably be in the vicinity of a 10/11 hour week so building slowly.
