    run focus this week

    Swim, 3 times 1.5 hours each plus 2 km race swim

    Bike 3 rides, 1 x easy 2 hour, 1 x 3 hour power meter test, 1 x 83 km Huskisson Race

    5 runs, 1 x 15 km, 1 x 20 km, then a 20km race at Huskisson.

    Same as last week for me -

    3 x swim
    4 x ride
    3 x run

    Totals should be something like 8 / 300 / 60

    I slept in this morning otherwise it would have been 3 swims.

    week off from racing !!
    3 swims
    2 longer runs + 2 shorter runs(maybe sherwood)
    2x2hr bike + 150km or so on sunday

    next week long ride is down to spectate at new Kingscliff triathlon.
