    garmin thinging
    time 2:45
    avg HR 175 bpm

i could feel 2 little rises along the route but i think its as close as flat as it gets around here.

Today after doing 1.5 km of drills i did the 200m swim TT.

OMG thats a killer. I went out far too hard and by the end of the first 100m i was well and truely thinking about pulling the pin. the eyes went weird in the last 25 metres and the legs almost fell off.
    First 100m in 1:21
    Second 100m in 1:37
total time 2:58. huge fade for me

    swim 2:58
    bike 2:45
    run ???

    sub total 5:43
so now all i need to do is do a 2:16 for the 800m sprint and ill be a sub 8 man. since i dont think ill ever be able to do a 2:50/km, looks like ill have to settle for a sub 9ish.

Ill do the run later this week.

This is going to kill me.......I will do it when I get back from holiday. But considering I have not had a swim since Singapore 70.3 2008 and I have not run for 12 weeks, it will hurt....watch this space!!
