Sorry to hear that Mick. I was hoping to catch up after missing you at H&H last week. But I guess you've got to do what's best for the achilles.

Iv'e cracked the 30 with 2 more points this morning for 31, did an easy hr run instead of going to robina. My achilles are telling me this was a good decision.

    Cheers

I finished with an hr this morning for 33 points in total. As far as weight goes the 4kg gain over Xmas was taken care of and I finished .2 of kg lighter then at the start.

It was a good challenge for me. Got me back running a bit more then I had intended.

    Bring on the next one

    cheers

12km this morning to bring my total up to 26 points. Pretty annoyed that a few extra minutes on a couple of runs could have easily seen me over 30 points but hey

Phew! last day, 29 points with 15 hrs running for a total of 178 kms. Run home from work tonight will bring me up to 30.

Great fun thanks Alex. Kept me motivated over Christmas/New year which was tough as my wife was overseas and so I had to look after our two little ones. Haven't checked my weight but don't think there is much change.

Now to get some swimming and cycling training before Gundi HOTW - anyone got a 2 week crash prep Shocked

17 points - 83.1kms, happy with that for where I am training wise at present.

Think I'm down a few kgs as well but won't get me to the 30 so not worried about it.

Finished off with 36 points. May check weight in morning or may not. Doubt there'll be change. Nice if there was! Always a good challenge to get the motivation up. Thanks Alex.

I was lucky that the challenge started when my holidays started and that Fluro had scheduled some big weeks ahead of me including a lot of big runs. To celebrate the end of the challenge I ran the marathon distance at training.

Finished with 28 runs, 54 points and 347 kms. Just hopped on the scales and weighed in at 83.6 and down about 5.4kgs. 5 bonus points to take me to 59.

Geez Dan, outstanding! Embarrassing to post mine now! Last run yesterday to bring me up to 30 points, 184kms in a tad over 15 hours. Happy with that.

Alex, good to see you made it - I thought you wouldn't after getting the snip - I ended up with 'complications' and was off the bike for more than 2 weeks Shocked

Legs felt really good after that month. Did a PB in 2 local triathlons as well. Amazingly after not running as often I have felt very slugish and my body has been screaming for a long run.
