    In, and tomorrow has 75 mins on the program, a good start. I could try and win the weight loss stakes, but every time I say that I put it on, so I won't say that.

    89 kilos uggh. On the good news I have just finished a 2 and a half hour run for 4 big points. Catch me if you can Laughing

    Problems with bike meant I had to run at lunch. 2 points.

    27/12/09
    Fluro's Big Training Day. 13.5 km. 2 points.

    28/12/09
    Easy slow recovery run 4km. 1 point
    Intervals and slow warm down. 10.3 2 points

    29/12/09
    Long and very slow run. 3:10. 32km. 4 points

    30/12/09
    Slow recovery. 5km slow. 1 point

    31/12/09
    Hill run. 15 km. 1:19. 2 points

    1/1/10
    Recovery run in forest. 5km. 1 point

    Long run in the hills. 21km 4 points.

    3/1/10
    2 runs but only 1 point. Big didn't realise I get an extra point for it being in a race (biathlon) Hurt a bucket load. So add one more. Was stuffed for big ride afterwards.

    Interval and speed work. 6.5 km. 1 point.

    2 runs. Did 125 mins for 24 km. Bloody hot so had drink, heaps of food and change of socks and 15 mins lstening to the cricket and set out again. 73 mins and 13.1km. 6 points

    1 run after swim squad. Great run. 11.3 km. 2points. 2 foot long subway sandwiches -2 points.

    Rest day. Just a 20 min run after dinner. 1 point.

    Quick run after long ride and swim. Wanted to do more. I think I'm addicted. 1 point

    1 hour runafter a 45 min swim and 4 hour bike ride in 36 degrees. That hurt. 2 points

    2 runs. One fartlek for 1 point and another 30 min recovery run/walk with my daughter Anna for 1 point.

    Long run. 2:45 for 30 km. Nice easy pace. Ran out of light and had to cut it short. 4 points.

    Short run after swim squad. About 6km/1 min run. 1 point.

    Pushed myself to do one hour after big ride. Nice brick session although slow. 2 points.

    Trail run at dusk. 47 min. 1 point

    Dubbo Interclub 1 point.

    Nice brick run after swim squad. 1 point.

    Ran the marathon distance. 4 points. flower

    One 2 pointer down. Now there were bonus points for brick runs?? No No - mine was off a 90min 3.8km swim squad Sleep Sleep .

    Week One complete. 11 points. No rest days (4 x 1 hours, 3 x single pointers).

    Suggest that we each keep a log and submit it at the end. Individual bragging is still OK in the meanwhile.
