Holy Shit-ite! I don't think I'd recognise you any more if I bumped into you in the street Dave. Well done!

I've gone backwards in the last month.
That's what 4 weeks of sloth and gluttony gets you.

Back on the horse from today.

    4/10 8/11
    Biceps 8.3 8.5
    Triceps 17.4 18
    Subscapular 18.8 19.2
    Supraspinale 9.8 11.6
    Abdominal 33 32
    Thigh 10.5 10.8
    Calf 8 9.1

    Sum 7 (mm) 105.8 109.2

    Weight (kg) 91.6 94.1

    Body Fat % 12.83 13.17

Did Sally look disappointed? I can imagine her looking disappointed. I wouldn't want her to look disappointed at me

    No, she's awesome.
    She asked how I'd gone.
    I told her crap.
She did my measurements, we talked about it.
She accentuated the positives - better skinfolds etc, that I know I can get back on track and organised and do better.
Talked about the new goal for me - 85 kg.
I walked out feeling totally positive.
    She's awesome Smile

    You're awesome Tyno.

I'm finally back down to the weight I did my last IM at post run today. That is a start.
