    Hey Guys (and Gals) I'm heading to Adelaide Sunday night through to Wednesday evening. Staying at the in laws which is on the beach near West Lakes. I'm just running and swimming whilst there.

    What are the nearest 50m pools? Will the lakers take a ring in for swim squad Tuesday? The last time I was there they swam in the mornings.

    What would be a good 20-25k run from around there?

    Good choice coming to Adelaide... it is awesome here Smile

    Nearest 50m pool would be at Marion (Oaklands Road) or Unley Pool....

    Cant see why the Lakers wouldnt take a ring in... Smile

    And running, head to the esplanade and run south or north and way you go...

    Thanks Dani, Might head down to the lakes for the open water swim on Monday morning. Whats the water temp there at the moment?

    It was pretty warm in the ocean on friday with a few 40 plus degreee days... think you will be right Smile
