Hi everyone, got a question for those on here using a powermeter in Brissy.
I've invested in Mr Coggan's bible and I'm keen to get out and set some baseline wattages from which to work out my zones.
So where do you go to do a 20min TT (or 1hr TT etc) that's reasonably consistent, reproducible, and safe in terms of rednecks/traffic?
    Very Happy

Ah of course. Any times that should be avoided? ie organised crits etc? Would you feel safe from ridicule if you were to rock up with a TT bike (minus sperm lid of course)

I would aim for a weekday at ten or so. Beat the wind that way. Heaps of dudes on tt stuff so no bother.

    Thanks

    http://www.amazon.com/Training-Racing-Power-Meter-Hunter/dp/1931382794

Apparently it's a very good place to start and outlines the whats and whys. Seems to get good reviews and I find it very useful.

(I have no affiliations with Amazon nor anyone involved with this book. But I wish I did.)
