Back in the "Why do you need a power meter?" thread I mentioned that i did a V02 Max test which was part of a larger study of "Drink temperature, thermoregulation and performance during endurance cycling in the heat" conducted by Catronia Burdon.
In the report i wrote a little bit about the test in the red text.

I did 3 tests with different drink temperatures and the 3rd test had a corrupt file so the data couldnt be used.
After doing the 20 km TT the other day I was disappointed to find out how much power i had lost in the 6 weeks from the IM and now getting this report makes me feel pretty good that before IM I was in pretty good shape.
