Run - Around Transition

Sub-Junior Ages 7,8,9
Swim - 100m
Bike - 2km
Run - 500m

Junior Ages 10,11,12
Swim - 150m
Bike - 4km
Run - 1km

Intermediate Ages 13,14 & Novice.
Swim - 250m
Bike - 10km
Run - 2km

Senior Ages 15+
Swim - 450m
Bike - 18km
Run - 4km

TA membership recommended but not compulsory.
