Righto, doing my bit to get some content back here.
Been running a fair bit this year and going to run plenty more in the next few months. Have been doing bugger all riding but want to tick it over in conjunction from now on. I am going to get out on the local mountain for some outdoor stuff once a week.
What I am after is two 60-90min turbo sessions I can do each week. This will give me three bike sessions a week which is all I want at this stage.
Bang away with what you do, what you've done, what your fast mate does, or what you heard is the ducks nuts. The more the merrier and I can cycle (excuse the pun) through them all to stave off boredom.
