Have to attend a workshop/training session on Thursday. Am looking at keeping my sanity by reading during the presentation. Does anyone know of some white papers or other free reading material related to triathlons and long distances. Have read all of the stuff on Gordo's website btw.

    transitions.org... Wink

Just stick Daniels Running into google and find the google book. It is mostly complete but without the actual training plans.

Coggan is another name worth having a look at for cycle stuff. Heaps on the net.

I am assuming you have a lap top to take.

I have a 300+ e-book by Dr Phil Maffetone called In Fitness and in Health, which is all about healthy eating, nutrition, training, and injury prevention..
I could e-mail it to you to print out if you like?
