Situation: I have moved to Canberra with Army and as such I am so time poor. As an example of a bad week, its Friday andI have had 16 hours sleep for the week. As such in a normal week there would be some free time. However I don't have ages to do crazy miles and sets. What i am after is some super sessions that can be knocked out in about 45mins to an hour. Only really turbo sets on the bike and some good run/intervals as there is no suitable water near by!
