Tyno...question on the jar...what is the end goal, what are you going to do with the money from the jar?

I have thought about doing the opposite. Putting money in a jar every day where I complete my eating and training correctly and then using the money there as a reward down the track to buy a bike or something. I figure if I eat well I save at least $4-$5 a day that would have gone to junk food.

So, what is your plan there?

I'm not really sure what to do with the money that ends up in the jar.
I really hope it'll remain empty, making it a moot point.

I'm not saying I thought everything out 100% to start with, but that's what I came up with on the spur of the moment, so that's what I'm going with Smile

Well, I pulled up lame on Tuesday evening.
No sessions Wed-Fri but Physio Wed&Fri.
Aborted swim session yesterday but managed to ride 170kms today in the rain.

Nice one mate. That 170 is obviously more of a key sesion than the swim.

Myself, I did my goal with 3, 3 and 3. Nothing long as I mised out on my 100km ride due to fog (vis below 50m). Still, main sesion ended up being a 52/4km brick with some testing of power stuff for goal paces and it as very worth while.

I will go for the same next week but extend one of the runs and a longer brick.
