i cant spell it cause i cant do it. Only Japs and Mullion Creekers do breast stroke.
23 + 3 for a 1:35 4.5 km swim, making 6.5 km for the day.

In tonights session we did a pyramid set
25, 50, 75, 100, 100, 75, 50, 25. each 25 metres gives you 30 seconds. Its pretty fun and intense. We did 2 runs of this then the good old 10 x 100 on 1:45. and to top it off 5 x 50 on 1 min. Needless to say i was almost KAPUT after this

im not a cripple as such but im focussing on the swim ATM.

27 + 4 for a 4.6 km 1:30:20 swim on my lonesome, damn boring but im feeling really natural in the water. Thats what this challange is about right?

Tonight after a fatigueing (sp) day in the heat i just wanted to roll over the arms and kick the legs a bit. the first 200m i did I wasnt pushing hard but did it in 3:01. Thats only 3 seconds slower than my microman time, (although tonight i was in a gumby 25M pool), so i figure all this extra swimming is making me faster to a degree. Maybe ill do another 200M fresh on monday night at squads to see if its quicker.

last week i did 7 consecutive days, I claimed the 2 bonus for the mon tues wed, didnt claim anything for Thur Fri Sat, and claimed nothing for the sunday.
37 + 4 points for 4.1km 1:30 squad session.
prelim total 41.

2 bonus for the first 3 days (mon - wed)

I'm out. Off the bike on Sunday, concussion, stitches in my temple, AC joint tear has arm in a sling for at least 2 weeks, not to mention lots of missing bark. No pool for me for the rest of the month.

this was for last nights swim
46 + 4 for a 1:35 3.9km squad session which almost killed me. 15 x 100 on 1:55 coming in on 1:24- 1:35. then 12 x 50 on 1 min.
total points 50.
no swim for me today. that makes 10 days of swimming in a row.
