Five runs for a total of 8 points. Thrown in 2 longish runs so happy with that.

I am officially claiming my first bonus point. I have waited until I have lost 1.5kgs so it can officially be considered lard and not water.

Does it count for bonus points if you lose it and then put it back on then lose it again

Re: Challenge #4. Run 30 times in 30 days.
Hello chaps/etts
These 30 runs things are the business. Here iis a graph of the last 28 days of my running straight out of Training Peaks so nowhere to hide. The heart rate (red line, average HR)starts at 150 and peaks at 157 and dropped back to 156 the last red dot and the pace (blue bars, 7 days each) starts in the 6min/km pace end ends up low 5s and today was 11.8km in 1:01 including water stops as trafffic light crossings so my E pace is just about back to where it was. The only pisser about the 310XT Garmin is that when imported into training peaks it gives the total time from the moment you started to finished and disregards any time you pause it. Pretty happy. The last 14 days are the real teller as the average HR dropped as well as the pace. It does help to be coming from a lay off but still there are benefits for anybody with a spport focus.

Hopped on the scales and was 87.5 but not ready to claim bonus point yet. I can put that back on in one meal.

Re: Challenge #4. Run 30 times in 30 days.
Not 30 yet for me. Might make an appeal for a unique bonus point though. Did squad this morning, jumped on the bike for 4 hours and came back home to whack the shoes on for a run. While in T2 I was asked my opinion on my brides BNT purchases his morning. I put an application forward and ended up getting "waylaid" in T2. Heading out the door now for my run, but may seek a bonus point for a fantastic T2. Does my run still count as a brick run?

Re: Challenge #4. Run 30 times in 30 days.
Up to 18 now with my first exploitation of the rules. Ran an hour to the coffee shop, sat around for 45 minutes, took off my shoes and ran home. Still, I could hhave just counted it as one run and still got 3 points for the day. I felt like Macgyver.

Full rules are on page 1. If it is not specifically mentioned, it is no points extra.
(but no, no extra for bricks. extra for races, yes)

Re: Challenge #4. Run 30 times in 30 days.
Had a recovery week last week so only one run and 18 points in total.
Edit: I've just tallied up the next 8 days and it looks like I'll fall 2 points short!
