    Day off for me today cos it's pouring with rain. One road out of town is cut off due to flood waters and the road to Narrabri is still open for another day or two hopefully. So no bike or run for me. Probably need a rest anyway, managed 8 runs in 8 days - even ran morning and arvo yesterday. About 42k over the last week which is a big jump for me. I like how this challenge has got me thinking more about my running instead of sitting on my backside. Longest run has been 14.2k and also has me running off the bike for a few k's for a change. Think I need to actually structure some of my runs better though instead of just getting out and running with no plan. Thanks for the motivation Alex.

    I'm not sure if this is the best time of the year to do a challenge that gives bonus points for weight loss.
    If the reverse where points are taken off for weight gain, going on current trends i'll be loosing 8 points before the challenge is over. Just cant say no to xmas pudding and custard.

    Righto, 17 points til yesterday. Jumped on the scales looking for an 18th this morning but only a 0.5kg loss. Disciplined eating since this began but I have had a few beers on a few days. Running is thirsty work.

    First day of sunshine as it has rained for last three days. Floodwater now on the way from Tamworth!!!!

    Anyway short ride and run off bike today. Still managed 4 runs for week with only one over the hour for another 5 pts.

    Unreal effort. I can't image it. You had it covered by Saturday. Next winter I might have a crack at the 100km. I had to really focus to not pull the pin at 75kms.

    Totally by acident though. Had no idea how many kms I had done. It was only after you put your total down did I realise it. The rain was the key. Each time I went to go riding it was raining so went for a longer run instead.

    I've got 16 points so far but had a few runs that came in just under 60, 90, 120 min. Will be making sure I run around the block one more time in future!

    I racked up my 15th pt this morning, went for an easy 25min after an hr1/4 in the pool
